Cancellation Policy
Appointments • Appointments are recommended to ensure your preferred time and technician. • Walk-ins are welcome but will be served based on availability. • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Deposits • A deposit may be required to secure your booking (especially for large or group appointments). • Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another date if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
