Service Description
An eyelash patch test is a small test performed before your lash extension or lash lift appointment to ensure you have no allergic reaction to the adhesive or other products used during the treatment. During the test, a few lashes are applied to one eye (or a small amount of solution is placed on the skin behind the ear or on the arm). After 24–48 hours, we check for any signs of irritation such as redness, itching, or swelling. This step helps protect your eyes and skin, ensuring your lash appointment is safe and comfortable. 💖 Highly recommended for all new clients or those with sensitive skin.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments • Appointments are recommended to ensure your preferred time and technician. • Walk-ins are welcome but will be served based on availability. • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Deposits • A deposit may be required to secure your booking (especially for large or group appointments). • Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another date if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. Health & Safety • Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. • For hygiene reasons, no outside tools or product
